Ingredients
•8 oz penne pasta
•2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
•Salt and pepper, to taste
•1 tbsp olive oil
•1 tbsp butter
•3 garlic cloves, minced
•2 cups fresh spinach
•1 1/2 cup heavy cream
•1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
•1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (plus extra for serving)
•1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
•Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
1.Cook the Pasta:
•Cook the penne in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2.Prepare the Chicken:
•Cut chicken into chunks. Season with salt, pepper and parsley.
•Melt butter and heat olive oil in pan. Throw in chicken until cooked thoroughly.
•Add garlic. Cook for ~3 minutes
•Add spinach until wilted. Then pour in heavy cream and cook at a slow boil. Add cheese and mix it in. Should take a few minutes to thicken. Add red pepper, salt, and pepper.
•Add teriyaki sauce to taste. Let it heat through (doesn’t need to cook)
•Combine with previously set aside noodle and heat thoroughly.
•Serve and garnish with Parmesan and parsley
Notes
Can adjust the amount of cream and teriyaki. What I used here was super good but didn’t thicken too too much
