150g of chicken
20g of cornflour
Sprinkle of sesame seeds
Basmati rice
2 tosp of light sweet chilli
1 tbsp of ketchup
2 tbsp of hoisin
Salt and pepper
Chicken seasoning
1 pinch of Garlic
2 spring onions
4 top of light soy sauce
20g of egg white
Directions
Method
- slice the chicken into small chunks.
- Mix together 1/2 the soy sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper and chicken seasoning . Add the chicken to this sauce and then dip it tne egg white and then in the cornflour
- Put the chicken in an air fryer for 10 ish minutes (you can also shallow fry it)
- In a frying pan, mix together the rest of the soy sauce, ketchup, sweet chilli, and hoisin. Add a splash of water if it’s too thick
- Once the chicken is done add it to the sauce and stir on a low heat
- Add the chicken mix to a pan and top with spring onions, and sesame seeds. Enjoy with rice or noodles
