Fluffy Passover Pancakes

Ingredients

These fluffy, Kosher for Passover pancakes taste like the real thing—no matzah meal required! Perfect for an easy Pesach breakfast the whole family will love.

Passover Pancake Recipe:

1 cup cake meal

¾ cup vanilla yogurt

1 to 1½ cups milk (adjust for thickness)

⅓ cup sugar

2 eggs

1 tbsp vanilla

1 tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt

Directions

Mix all ingredients until smooth. Heat a lightly greased pan over medium-low heat and pour small rounds of batter. Flip when bubbles form and cook until golden brown on both sides. Serve with fruit, syrup, or a sprinkle of powdered sugar!
