1 lb sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
12 oz medium pasta shells
2 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup beef broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon tomato paste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions
Cook pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak until browned and cooked to your liking, about 3–4 minutes per side. Remove from pan and set aside.
In the same pan, melt butter. Add garlic and onion and sauté until soft, about 2–3 minutes.
Stir in tomato paste, then add beef broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and simmer for another 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens.
