Chicken Shawarma Nachos

1.5 lb Chicken Shawarma
Thighs, sliced
9 oz Truly Tortilla Chips
8 oz Herbed Tahini
Sauce
2-3 Roma Tomatoes,
diced
8 oz Feta Cheese
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350.
In a preheated air fryer, place the chicken shawarma thighs
and air fry at 400 for 15-20 minutes, flipping over halfway.
Once it's fully cooked, remove and let rest for 2 minutes,
then slice.
On a baking sheet, spread the chips in an even layer, top
with the sliced chicken and torn pieces of feta and bake at
350 for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and top with the diced tomatoes and
drizzle with the herbed tahini sauce. Add 1-2 teaspoons of
water to the herbed tahini sauce to thin it out enough to
drizzle.
Serve or eat it straight from the sheet pan!
Notes
Non-Air-fryer Method: Lay the chicken shawarma thighs on
a baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes at 425, flipping over
halfway.
