1-28oz can Enchilada Sauce
2 cans Original Rotel
Chili Powder
Cumin
Garlic Powder
Paprika
Salt and Pepper
Juice of 1 Lime
Sour Cream
Directions
Add everything except the sour cream to the crock pot and cook on low for 4-6 hrs. Remove chicken, shred, then put back in sauce. Add sour cream and cook for 30 more mins. Make cilantro lime rice.
