Easy Jalapeño Hot Sauce

Ingredients

500g (1 1/4 lb) jarred jalapeño chillies, drained

2 tablespoons rapeseed oil

salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions

1.Place all of the jalapeños in a pot of boiling water. Boil peppers about 5 minutes. Reserve about 2 tablespoons of boiling water, and drain the rest.

2.Place all of the the jalapeños into a blender. Pour in reserved water and oil, and season with salt and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy. Serve hot or chilled.
