Honey Soy Chicken

4 chicken breasts or thighs (could use less chicken if that’s what you have)
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
Directions
Chop chicken into small pieces or strips
place chicken in a bowl with ingredients, mix everything together
Fry in a large frypan with a little peanut or vegetable oil - if it’s a lot of chicken cook in batches.
Fry until chicken is cooked and sauce thickens a bit.
If cooking in batches put all cooked chicken back in the pan and mix then let sauce thicken.
Serve with rice and steamed veggies of choice

Serve with rice and steamed or stirfried veggies (carrots, beans, broccoli, mushrooms)
