I eat this every morning and one batch lasts me over a week.
Not everything needs to be critically measured. You can add more of what you like or less of what you don’t like. Just make sure the wet to dry ingredients is at a good ratio so it gets crisp and flavorful.
Directions
In a bowl add:
3 cups oats
1 Cup nuts and seeds(walnuts, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, etc..)
Cinnamon (measure with your heart)
1-2 tsp salt
OPTIONAL: 1 or 1/2 scoop of protein powder (💪)
Melt in separate bowl:
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup coconut oil
Pour the melted mixture into the dry ingredients and mix it together.
Put in on a baking sheet with parchment paper
Bake at 350°f(175°c) for 20 minutes. Take it out of the oven and mix it up and then bake for another 10 minutes.
Tricks:
If you get impatient (like I do) while it’s baking put it on broil for a few minutes and it will crisp up faster but don’t forget watch it so it doesn’t burn.
Get creative, add dry fruit like coconut flakes, cranberries, strawberries. It’s your design, add what you love!! Or maybe even some chocolate chips after it’s done baking 😏
