Zesty Baked Shrimp with Panko

1 pound medium shrimp (thawed if frozen), peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons sliced fresh basil
Grated zest of 1 lemon
⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
½ cup panko bread crumbs
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 450°F. Grease a shallow baking dish.
2. Place the shrimp in a medium-size bowl. Add the olive oil, basil, lemon zest, and red pepper flakes and toss to coat. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spread the shrimp in the baking dish. Sprinkle the panko bread crumbs over the top.
3. Bake just until the shrimp turn pink, 10 to 15 minutes. Do not overcook.
