Loaded Chicken Casserole

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
4 medium potatoes, diced
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
1 cup sour cream
1 cup chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced potatoes, broccoli florets, chopped bacon, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Top the casserole with shredded cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
