Ingredients

¾ cup any milk (W if soy or cow's milk)

1 ⅓ cup frozen mango chunks (W)

1 cup packed baby spinach leaves (W)

1 ripe banana (W)

1 Tbs. chia seeds

1 graham cracker

Directions

In a blender, add milk, mango, spinach, banana and chia seeds. Blend until smooth.

Serve a graham cracker on the side.
