Ingredients

⁃3/4 old fashioned oats

⁃1 cup of milk

⁃1 tbsp of chia seeds

⁃1 scoop of protein powder

⁃1-2 tbsp of maple syrup

⁃1 tbsp of unsweetened vanilla yogurt

⁃pinch of salt

Directions

  1. add everything to 350ml sealable jar

  2. shake

  3. let sit for 6-8 hours in fridge

  4. can microwave if you don’t want it cold

  5. top with peanut butter, banana slices, and chocolate syrup
