⁃1 cup of milk
⁃1 tbsp of chia seeds
⁃1 scoop of protein powder
⁃1-2 tbsp of maple syrup
⁃1 tbsp of unsweetened vanilla yogurt
⁃pinch of salt
Directions
add everything to 350ml sealable jar
shake
let sit for 6-8 hours in fridge
can microwave if you don’t want it cold
top with peanut butter, banana slices, and chocolate syrup
