125g butter
6 cups GF Rice Bubbles
3 bags Curly Wurly
2 tablespoons golden syrup
180g milk chocolate
Directions
Add curly whirlies, butter and golden syrup to a saucepan over medium heat. Melt into a uniform mixture.
Add rice bubbles to a bowl, then pour in liquid mixture and stir until evenly coated.
Transfer to a pan and place in fridge to set.
Once set, melt down chocolate in a saucepan or microwave. Pour over slice and place back in fridge to set.
