Ingredients

Dry Mix

3 cups all purpose flour

1 cup sugar

4 Tsp of Baking Powder

Wet Mix

2/3 cup Oil

2 Large Eggs

1 tbsp Pure Vanilla

1 cup Buttermilk

Zest of 1 lemon

2 cups chopped frozen raspberries (folded in)

Directions

1) preheat oven to 400F and line muffin tin

2) Chop frozen raspberries and put back into freezer

3) make wet and dry mixtures, then combine them.

4) fold in frozen raspberries to combined mixture

5) bake at 400F for around 23 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean
