Rachel's Classic Deviled Eggs

six hard-boiled eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1.5 tsp white vinegar
1.5 tsp yellow mustard
paprika
salt and pepper
Directions
1. poke small hole in the flat ends of each of the eggs with a tack or needle or egg poker device
2. bring a pot of water to a boil, then add eggs.
3. boil eggs with lid on for 2 to 3 minutes.
4. remove pot from heat and let sit with lid on for 15 minutes
5. put eggs into ice bath immediately and then peel eggs once cool
6. slice eggs in half and put yolks in a medium bowl
7. sprinkle salt and pepper on all the egg white halves then set aside
8. mash the egg yolks up with the mayonnaise, white vinegar, and yellow mustard. If ambitious and you want a smoother mixture, use an electric mixer.
9. transfer the yolk mixture back into the divets of the egg whites in whatever fancy fashion you want, like an icing bag or you can just fork it in
10. sprinkle paprika on the top
