2 (8 oz) cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar, divided
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling: In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with 1/2 cup of granulated sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
Roll Out the Dough: Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the prepared baking dish, sealing any seams.
Add the Cream Cheese Mixture: Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the dough layer.
Top with Second Layer of Dough: Unroll the second can of crescent roll dough and place it over the cream cheese filling, sealing the seams.
Make the Cinnamon-Sugar Topping: In a small bowl, mix the remaining 1/2 cup of granulated sugar with the ground cinnamon. Drizzle the melted butter over the top layer of dough and sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly on top.
Bake the Bars: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
