Benihana Ginger Dressing

Ingredients

1/2 white onion

1/2 garlic clove

1 inch knob of ginger or a teaspoon of grated fresh ginger

1/2 cup chopped celery

1/2 cup avocado oil

1/4 cup rice vinegar

3 tbsp tamari

1 tsp toasted sesame oil

1 tsp coconut sugar

1/2 tsp tomato paste

Sea salt to taste

1 cube of ice

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a food processor until creamy. Pour over crunchy greens and enjoy! #benihana
