Steak Pasta Recipe (creamy Garlic Style

300–400 g pasta (penne or rigatoni)
300 g beef steak, sliced (sirloin or ribeye)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup cooking cream
½ cup beef stock or pasta water
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & black pepper to taste
½ tsp paprika or chili flakes (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve some pasta water and drain.
Heat olive oil in a pan over high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper.
Sear the steak slices for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, lower heat and add butter and garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds.
Add cream and beef stock (or pasta water). Stir and let it simmer.
Add Parmesan cheese and mix until the sauce thickens.
Return the steak to the pan, then add the pasta. Toss everything together.
Finish with parsley and extra black pepper. Serve hot.
