High Protein Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

¼ cup chia seeds

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

½ tbsp honey (more for sweeter taste)

1 scoop @Promix protein code sam

Dash of salt

Optional toppings: granola, fresh fruit, Greek yogurt, drizzle of honey

Directions

Add chia seeds, almond milk, honey, protein powder, and salt to a jar or container with a lid.

Mix or shake well until fully combined (make sure the protein powder is dissolved).

Place in the fridge for 20–30 minutes, then shake or stir again to prevent clumping.

Refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) until thick and pudding like.

Top with desired toppings and enjoy!
