Honey Chipotle Chicken

1 ½ lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 can (7 oz) chipotle peppers in adobo (sauce too!)
1/4 cup avocado oil
1–3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp honey
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Optional: 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Directions
Blend everything until smooth. Reserve 1/4 of the marinade for basting. Marinate chicken at least 2 hours (overnight is best).
Air fryer: 375°F for 22 min
Oven: 400°F for 25–30 min
Grill: 5–6 min per side
Pan: medium-high, 4–5 min per side
Baste while cooking for max flavor.
