RECIPE: for one bowl
1 egg
1/2 cup egg white
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 oz. shredded cheese of choice
1 chicken sausage (I used @aidellssausage) Walmrt
1/2 cup frozen onion and peppers (Walmart)
Salt, pepper, garlic to taste
Directions
Add all your ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
Cook at 400° for 30 to 40 minutes.
