Ingredients

Crispy, cheesy, and low-carb — perfect for quick pizza or flatbread.

Ingredients (2 crusts):

1 cup cottage cheese

2 large eggs

½ cup almond flour (or oat flour)

Optional: pinch of salt or Italian seasoning

Directions

Mix all ingredients into a thick batter. Divide into 2 portions and spread into thin circles on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes until set. Add toppings and bake 5–8 more minutes until bubbly.
