Lynn's Steel Cut Chia Oats

Ingredients

boil 2 cups water

1/2c steel cut oats

1/4c chia

pinch of salt

1 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp clove

toppings of choice

Directions

Bring 2 cups water to a boil in a small pan. Remove from heat. Add all ingredients except toppings to boiling water and stir well. Cover and leave on the stove overnight. In the morning mix in a heaping cup of Greek yogurt.

Optionally, chop 1-2 dates and mix in too. Heat gently or serve cold with blueberries and chopped nuts, toasted coconut, goji berries, etc.
