Turkey Bean Joes

Ingredients

1 Pound Ground turkey

1 Cup Onions chopped

1/2 Cup Catsup

1 Tablespoon Prepared mustard

1 Teaspoon horseradish

1 15-oz can vegetarian beans

1 15-oz can kidney beans rinsed and drained

6 6" sandwich buns split and toasted

6 Strips TURKEY BACON cooked and crumbled

Directions

1. In medium non-stick skillet, over medium-high heat, saute turkey and onion 5 to 7 minutes, or until turkey is no longer pink. Drain and return mixture to skillet.

2. Stir in catsup, mustard, horseradish and both types of beans; bring to boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes, until mixture is heated throughout.

3. Serve over toasted buns, garnished with crumbled bacon.
