Ingredients

Chicken

  • 3/4 cup olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 2 tablespoons garlic paste

  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme

  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary

  • 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt and ground pepper

  • Juice of 2 lemons

  • 2 chicken breasts

Sauce

  • 1/4 cup mayo

  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt

  • 1/2 lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons garlic paste

  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

  • salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Put all the ingredients except chicken in measuring cup and mix well to combine

  2. marinate chicken for a few hours

  3. grill chicken

  4. add pita chips, feta cheese, tomatoes and cucumber into a rice bowl
