Easy Everything Bagel Bread

Ingredients

1/4 cup honey

1 1/2 tablespoons baking soda

1 loaf frozen bread dough

1 tablespoon Everything Bagel Seasoning

1 egg

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Thaw the loaf of bread dough in a greased loaf pan covered with Saran Wrap the has been sprayed with cooking spray. 3. When your dough has thawed and started to raise a little bring a large pot of water to a boil. Once it is boiling add your honey and baking soda to the boiling water. Stir to dissolve. 4. Fold a clean kitchen towel (no texture) and place it close to the stove. 5. Carefully add your loaf of bread to the boing water and cook for 1 minute. Flip and cook for one minute on the other side. 6. Using wide spatulas remove the loaf from the water and place on the dish towel. Pat with the dish towel to remove the water. 7. Spray your loaf pan one more time with cooking spray and place the loaf of dough in it. 8. Whisk your egg in a small bowl and brush the top of the loaf with it. Sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning evenly over the top. Place in your preheated oven and bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown. 9. Add to a cooling rack and let cool for 10-15 minutes. 10. YUM!
