Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese (4% fat)

4 large eggs (fresh)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh chives (finely chopped)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon paprika

salt (to taste)

Directions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Lightly coat a 9-inch pie dish or an 8x8-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.

Blend 1 cup of cottage cheese in a food processor until smooth and creamy.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together 4 eggs, blended cottage cheese, 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan, and 2 tablespoons of finely chopped chives. Add 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon of paprika, salt, and pepper to taste.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and evenly spread it out.

Place the dish in the oven and bake for 15-17 minutes until set and lightly golden on top.

Let it rest for 2-3 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
