Making a Oyakodon but with Steak

Ingredients

Soy Sauce 2 Tbs

Mirin 2 Tbs

Sake 2 Tbs

Sugar 1 Tsp

Red Onion 1/2 (Sliced)

Steak 250g

Egg 2 PC

Red Onion 1/4 pc (Sliced) - added at the end for a raw crunch

Spring Onion 1 pc

Flaked Salt as needed

Directions

Sear steak over hot pan just to get color on both sides & slice into cubes.

Simmer sliced onion with sauce

Add beaten egg followed by steak. Simmer for 1 minute to allow steak to cook.

Plate over cooked rice, add raw sliced onions, spring onion & salt to garnish.
