Super Fudgy Brownies

Yields: 9–12 brownies
Ingredients:
– 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons hot melted butter
– 1 cup sugar
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 2 eggs
– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup melted chocolate
– 1/4 cup cocoa powder
– 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
– 1 cup chocolate chips
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a bowl, combine hot melted butter, sugar, and salt. Stir well.
3. Add eggs and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
4. Stir in melted chocolate, then cocoa powder.
5. Add flour and mix until just combined.
6. Fold in chocolate chips.
7. Pour batter into a greased or parchment-lined 8×8 glass baking dish.
8. Bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with fudgy crumbs.
9. Cool before slicing.
