3 ½ Cups Cottage Cheese (0% Fat) (785g)
2 Mac & Cheese Powder Packets (2oz) (56g)
4oz Reduced Fat Cream Cheese (113g)
½ Cup Low Calorie Buffalo Sauce (120g)
2 Tbsps Ranch Seasoning (15g)
½ Tbsp Garlic Salt (7g)
½ Tbsp Black Pepper (4g)
Freezing Instructions ❄️:
Directions
Portion out 1/10 of the final dish into each air-tight meal prep container
Place them in the freezer and keep frozen for up to 3 months
Reheating Instructions🔥:
Take out a frozen containers, remove the lid, and cover with a wet paper towel
Microwave for around 5-6 minutes, mixing half-way through
