Mom’s Stuffing

Broth Ingredients:
2 - 32 oz Chicken broth
Chicken boullion
1/2 - Onion
Turkey innards
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Stuffing Ingredients:
1 - pack Pork sausage
2 - Stocks Celery
1/2 - Bunch Green onions
1/2 - Yellow Onion
1 - Red Bell Pepper
1 - Jar Green olives
1 - Sliced Black Olives
2 - Bunches Parsley
2 - Loaves of white Bread
Butter
Fresh Garlic
Directions
Start by creating your broth by adding the chicken broth, onions boullion (to taste) and turkey innards to a stock pot. Boil until the innards are cooked. Remove innards once done.
For the stuffing, chop all veggies and place in a large bowl
Cook pork sausage and drain then chop and add to large veggie bowl
Toast white bread.
Once broth is cooled, dip bread into broth then squeeze. Shred into the veggies.
Mix well.
Place into fridge if not eating right away. Otherwise, heat skillet with butter and fresh garlic. Fry until slightly crispy and cooked. Stuff turkey with cooked stuffing or eat as is.
