Korean Chicken - Honey Soy Garlic

Cornstarch
Oil
Garlic
Garlic Powder (optional)
Chicken (cubed or sliced)
Honey
Soy Sauce
Directions
FOR CHICKEN
Marinate chicken for 30 mins. Salt, pepper and a bit of garlic powder.
Mix flour, cornstarch and a bit of salt in a bowl. Put all chicken in and mix.
Remove from batter & dip in whisked egg.
Put back in bowl with flour to do 2nd coat. Let it stay there for 5 mins.
Fry.
HONEY SOY GARLIC SAUCE
Use olive oil or any vegetable oil.
Saute the minced garlic.
In separate container, mix soy & honey.
Once garlic is cooked, add the soy & honey.
Keep mixing and fire should not be too strong, the honey easily gets burnt.
Add cornstarch dissolved in water if you want thicker sauce.
