Sugar Cookie Protein Balls

Ingredients

½ cup vanilla protein powder @promix code sam

½ cup almond flour

¾ cup cashew butter

2–3 tbsp honey (adjust to sweetness preference)

1-2 tbsp almond milk

½ tsp vanilla extract

¼ tsp almond extract (optional)

Dash of sea salt

Topping

Melted white chocolate

Sprinkles

Directions

In a large bowl, mix cashew butter, honey, almond milk, vanilla, and almond extract until smooth.

Add protein powder, almond flour, and salt. Stir until a thick dough forms.

If dough is still too thick, add an additional teaspoon of almond milk until desired consistency is reached.

Roll into 1.5 inch balls and place on a plate or tray.

Chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes.

Drizzle with melted white chocolate and top with sprinkles.
