Ingredients

Chicken breasts (4 medium) 🍗

Greek yogurt or mayo (1/2 cup) 🍶

Parmesan cheese, grated (1/2 cup) 🧀

Garlic powder (1 tsp) 🧄

Onion powder (1/2 tsp) 🧅

Paprika (1/2 tsp) 🌶️

Fresh herbs (parsley or rosemary), chopped 🌿

Salt & pepper to taste 🧂

Optional: melted butter for extra browning (1 tbsp) 🧈

Directions

- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt/mayo, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

- Coat each chicken breast generously with the mixture (top only).

- Place in a baking dish and drizzle lightly with melted butter for extra golden edges like in your photo.

- Bake 30–35 minutes until chicken is juicy, tender, and beautifully browned on top.

- Garnish with fresh herbs (rosemary or parsley).
