4 potatoes
26g Lemon pepper seasoning
2 pears
1 carrot
13g garlic herb seasoning
600g tenderloins
Drizzle honey mustard dressing
100g spinnach
100g tzatziki
Directions
1 BAKE FRIES
Preheat the oven to 240°C/220°C fan-forced. Cut the potato into fries. Place on a lined oven tray.
Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with the lemon pepper seasoning and season with salt. Toss to coat, then bake until tender, 20-25 minutes.
TIP: If your oven tray is crowded, divide the fries between two trays.
2 GET PREPPED
Thinly slice the pear into wedges. Grate the carrot (see ingredients).
3 PREP THE CHICKEN
In large bowl, combine the garlic & herb seasoning, a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of pepper. Add the chicken tenderloins, tossing to coat.
4 COOK THE CHICKEN
In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over a medium-high heat. Cook the chicken, in batches until browned and cooked through, 3-4 minutes each side.
5 MAKE THE SALAD
While the chicken is cooking, combine a drizzle of olive oil and white wine vinegar in a large bowl.
Season, then add the pear, carrot and mixed salad leaves. Toss to coat. Serve with tzatziki
