Ingredients

  • Pork shoulder

  • Eggs

  • Coconut soda

  • Coconut sauce

  • Fish sauce

  • Pepper

  • Garlic powder

Directions

  1. Parboil pork for 5 min

  2. Rinse pork under water to clean out foamy stuff

  3. In the Dutch oven, pour about 1 teaspoon of the coconut sauce. Turn on stove to medium heat.

  4. When the coconut sauce starts to bubble, put the pork in. Coat the pork in the sauce and add more if needed.

  5. Add fish sauce (maybe about 4 tablespoon), pepper, garlic powder, bit of salt, and coconut soda.

  6. Add just enough coconut soda to cover the bottom half of the pork. Less is better.

  7. Bring it all to a boil, then let it boil for 4-5 minutes.

  8. Then lower heat to low simmer and let it simmer for 30-40 min with the lid closed.

  9. In the meantime, boil eggs
