Ingredients

2 tsp salt

2 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp cumin

2 tsp crumbled dried oregano

1 tsp ground coriander

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

4 lb boneless pork shoulder roast

2 bay leaves

2 cups chicken broth

Directions

Mix seasonings together in a bowl.

Coat the pork with the spice mixture.

Place bay leaves in the bottom of a crockpot and put the seasoned pork on top.

Pour the chicken broth into the crockpot, avoiding washing off the spices.

Cover and cook on low for about 10 hours.

Remove and shred with a fork.

Crisp up slightly in a skillet with oil.
