Slowcooker Pulled Beef, Onions & Gravy

800g - 1Kg beef brisket π₯©
1 tbsp brown sugar π₯
2 x onions sliced π§
1 tsp thyme / oregano πΏ
1-2 bay leaves π
1-2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce π₯
100ml white wine
400ml beef stock
Garlic (Optional)
1 heaped tbsp cornflour π₯ (Add more at the end if sauce needs to be thicker)
Salt and pepper
How to?
Directions
Brown the beef briefly on the pan, soften the sliced onions
Add everything into the slowcooker and cook on high for 7-8 hours. Perfect if youβre out all day working
Shred with tongs and serve. I pair with mash or ciabatta rolls with butter, onions and the gravy for pure heaven
Important: If having it in a bread roll (Caked in butter) PLEASE DIP INTO THE GRAVY
