Slowcooker Pulled Beef, Onions & Gravy

Ingredients

800g - 1Kg beef brisket πŸ₯©

1 tbsp brown sugar πŸ₯„

2 x onions sliced πŸ§…

1 tsp thyme / oregano 🌿

1-2 bay leaves πŸƒ

1-2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce πŸ₯„

100ml white wine

400ml beef stock

Garlic (Optional)

1 heaped tbsp cornflour πŸ₯„ (Add more at the end if sauce needs to be thicker)

Salt and pepper

How to?

Directions

Brown the beef briefly on the pan, soften the sliced onions

Add everything into the slowcooker and cook on high for 7-8 hours. Perfect if you’re out all day working

Shred with tongs and serve. I pair with mash or ciabatta rolls with butter, onions and the gravy for pure heaven

Important: If having it in a bread roll (Caked in butter) PLEASE DIP INTO THE GRAVY
