FOR THE TURKEY BURGERS:
Directions
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, ranch dressing, bread crumbs, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper and mix until well combined
Divide the mixture into even portions and shape into burger patties if desired size
Heat avo oil in a large skillet over medium heat
Cook the turkey patties in the skillet for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and they are fully cooked (option to cook them with onions)
FOR THE FRIES:
Wash the russet potatoes
Slice the potatoes into even strips
Place the potato slices in a bowl of cold water and soak for 30 minutes to remove excess starch (optional but will be crispier this way)
Drain the potatoes and pat them completely dry with a clean towel
In a large bowl, toss the dried potato slices with avocado oil, smoked paprika, and salt to coat evenly
Arrange the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer, avoiding overcrowding, and cook in batches if necessary
Cook the fries for 15-20 minutes at 375 in air fryer, flipping halfway through for even cooking
Increase the temperature to 400°F (200°C) for the last 3-5 minutes for extra crispiness (or broil for 2-3 mins)
Remove the fries and sprinkle with additional salt if needed
