Crispy Shrimp Garlic

Ingredients

Raw or pre-cooked shrimps (I used frozen pre-cooked ones)

1/2 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Turmeric

1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes

1/2 tsp Black Pepper

2-3 tbsp Soy Sauce

2 Garlic cloves (minced)

1/2 cup Plain flour

1/4 cup Panko Bread crumbs

1/2 tsp Baking Soda

Directions

Marinate the shrimps then coat with dry mixture.

Deep fry for 5-6 mins until golden and crispy. Enjoy!
