Instant Pot Hamburgers Recipe

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Sliced cheese (optional)
4 hamburger buns (for serving)
Lettuce, tomato slices, onion slices, pickles (for serving)
Directions
Combine
In a large bowl, combine ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well, then divide into 4 equal portions. Form each portion into equal ½-inch thick patties.
Wrap each patty in a piece of foil, ensuring that they are completely sealed.
Add one cup of water to the inner pot of a 6-quart Instant Pot. Place a trivet in the pot and stack patties on top.
Cook
Close and secure the lid and pressure valve. Cook on Manual High Pressure for 12 minutes, then do a quick pressure release.
Remove
Carefully remove the lid of the pot, then transfer the patties out using a pair of tongs.
Serve
Open foil packs, transfer to buns, and top with cheese and your desired toppings.
