Carrot Cake

2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder, 1 1/2 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg, 2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup chopped nuts
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups grated carrots, 8 3/4 oz crushed pineapple
FROSTING: 1/2 stick of margerine
8 oz cream cheese, powder sugar
Directions
SIFT TOGETHER: flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg
ADD: sugar, oil, vanilla, eggs
ADD: carrots, drained pineapple, nuts
BAKE: 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees
COOL: 5 minutes
FROSTING: combine butter & cream cheese, add sugar gradually as needed.
