Devilish Protein Dip

12 Hard-Boiled Egg
4 ounce Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
2 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon Pickle Juice
1 teaspoon Hot Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Fresh Chives
to taste Fresh Vegetables
Directions
Chop the Hard-Boiled Egg (12) into quarters or smaller pieces, depending on your texture preference.
In a food processor, combine the eggs, softened Cream Cheese (4 oz) and Mayonnaise (1/2 cup). Pulse until smooth and creamy.
Add the Dijon Mustard (2 Tbsp), Pickle Juice (1 Tbsp), Hot Sauce (1 tsp), Kosher Salt (1/2 tsp) and Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp) to the mixture. Pulse again until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Sprinkle the top with Paprika (1/2 tsp) and chopped Fresh Chives (1 tsp) for garnish. Serve with Fresh Vegetables (to taste), chips, or crackers.
