BBQ Chicken

1 stick butter
1 cup apple cider vinegar
2 cups water
1 tsp salt
4 Tbs (1/4 cup) paprika
1 Tbs garlic powder
4 lbs chicken pieces (about 12 legs)
Directions
Combine ingredients and bring to a boil in large sauce pan.
Add chicken, cover, and cook on low heat for 45-60 minutes, until chicken is cooked through but not falling off the bone. May need to turn the chicken once if the legs are not fully submerged.
Remove chicken from sauce and brown over grill, basting with favorite bbq sauce.
