Ingredients

600 g ground meat

2 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp paprika

¼ tsp cumin

¼ tsp chili powder

2 tsp salt

2 tbsp yogurt

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp lemon juice

1 white onion

3 garlic cloves

Directions

Mix everything except the meat in a blender. Mix marinade with ground meat. Roll ~160 g between two parchment sheets. Fold it over and place on a tray. Bake at 400°F for about 20 minutes.

White Sauce

200 g yogurt

100 g mayo

1 tbsp lemon juice

½ tsp maple syrup

2 garlic cloves, pressed

1–2 tbsp dried dill

Salt to taste

Red Sauce

100 g mayo

80 g ketchup

1 tbsp heavy cream

1 ½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce

½ tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp dried dill

Salt to taste

Salads

White cabbage:

Thinly slice about half a head of cabbage. Season with 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp lemon juice, plus salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar.

Red cabbage:

Prepare the same as white cabbage.

Lettuce mix:

Thinly slice iceberg lettuce and tomatoes,

Onions:

Slice white onions into half-moons, soak for 30 min. in cold water with a little vinegar. Drain, then add a squeeze of lemon and a pinch of salt.

Assemble:

Toast the bun and fill the Doner. Enjoy
