Chicken Dinners
Adapted from Chicken Marbella, a Recipe from the Silver Pala

My take on the classic recipe:
1/2c white wine vinegar, 1/4c olive oil
1t ea basque chili powder, oregano
2T caper brine plus 1T capers
1/2 a red onion, sliced
5 cloves garlic
1t salt (or to taste), pepper
a handful of prunes or dried fruit of choice
pitted olives
Directions
combine all ingredients in an oven dish
score bone in chicken thighs on the skin side to allow the seasonings to seep in
marinate for 24 hours skin side down
flip them, and drizzle with honey and olives before popping into the oven at 365 until beautifully cooked, making sure to baste!
