Airfryer Crispy Beijing Beef

500g beef strips- I used rump steak cut up ๐ฅฉ
1 x onion ๐ง
Handful of sugar snap peas
2 tbsp cornflour ๐ฅ
1 red chilli ๐ถ๏ธ to garnish
150g noodles per person
Sauce ingredients
3 tbsp hoisin ๐ฅ
1 tbsp sesame oil ๐ฅ
3 tbsp honey ๐ฏ
3 tbsp sriracha ๐ถ๏ธ
2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce ๐ถ๏ธ
Garlic purรฉe or 4 crushed cloves ๐ง
1 tbsp rice vinegar
Directions
Coat the beef in the cornflour, you can use a freezer bag or Tupperware
Spray well and airfry at 200 for 10-14 mins depending on how crispy you like it
Soften an onion and sugar snaps briefly then add in the beef and sauce. Done ๐ Top with chilli if you like heat.
