Airfryer Crispy Beijing Beef

Ingredients

500g beef strips- I used rump steak cut up ๐Ÿฅฉ

1 x onion ๐Ÿง…

Handful of sugar snap peas

2 tbsp cornflour ๐Ÿฅ„

1 red chilli ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ to garnish

150g noodles per person

Sauce ingredients

3 tbsp hoisin ๐Ÿฅ„

1 tbsp sesame oil ๐Ÿฅ„

3 tbsp honey ๐Ÿฏ

3 tbsp sriracha ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ

2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ

Garlic purรฉe or 4 crushed cloves ๐Ÿง„

1 tbsp rice vinegar

Directions

Coat the beef in the cornflour, you can use a freezer bag or Tupperware

Spray well and airfry at 200 for 10-14 mins depending on how crispy you like it

Soften an onion and sugar snaps briefly then add in the beef and sauce. Done ๐Ÿ˜ Top with chilli if you like heat.
