Honey Garlic Bacon Chicken

Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

6 slices thick-cut bacon, chopped

½ cup flour (for dredging)

Salt & black pepper to taste

1 tbsp olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

⅓ cup honey

¼ cup soy sauce

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions

Cook the Bacon:

In a skillet over medium heat, cook chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside, reserving 1 tbsp of bacon grease.

Prepare Chicken:

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Lightly dredge in flour. In the same skillet, add olive oil and seared chicken breasts. Cook 4–5 minutes per side or until golden and cooked through. Remove and keep warm.

Make Honey Garlic Sauce:

In the skillet, add garlic to bacon grease and sauté 1 minute. Stir in honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and Dijon mustard. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until thickened.

Combine & Glaze:

Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over top, and simmer 2–3 minutes. Add crispy bacon back in.

Serve:

Plate chicken, drizzle with extra sauce, and sprinkle with parsley.
