Spicy Sesame Noodle

Ingredients

1 pound of Linguine pasta

1 cup dry unsalted peanuts (roughly, chopped)

1 bunch chives (chopped)

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/2 cup sesame oil

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 cup parsley chopped

Sesame seeds

Crushed red pepper, dash (if desired)

Directions

In a large bowl, beat together: olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce and honey.

Beat for 2 minutes and set aside.

Cook linguine in boiling water until it is al dente (around 6 minutes).

While the pasta is cooking, chop the peanuts, chives, and parsley.

Drain pasta and rinse with cold water.

In the large bowl with the oils, whisk the chopped peanuts, chopped chives, and dash with red pepper flakes as desired.

Add the cooled pasta into the large boil with the oils.

Mix well with tongs.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds as desired.

Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight (but eat a small bowl warm first!)
